Whether it’s a leaking tap, faulty appliance, damaged fixture, heating or plumbing concern, or another maintenance issue, providing accurate information helps our property management team respond promptly and coordinate repairs with the property owner and trusted contractors.

Before You Submit a Maintenance Request

To help us process your request efficiently, please include as much information as possible, including:

• A clear description of the maintenance issue
• When you first noticed the problem
• Which room or area of the property is affected
• Photos or videos of the issue, where possible
• Whether the problem is worsening or causing additional damage
• Your preferred contact details and any access information for contractors

Providing complete information allows us to assess your request more quickly and helps minimise delays in arranging repairs.

Urgent Maintenance

If your maintenance issue presents an immediate risk to health or safety, could cause significant damage to the property, affects essential services, or creates a security concern, please contact Ray White Compass Rentals immediately using the emergency maintenance contact details provided at the beginning of your tenancy.

If there is an emergency involving an immediate threat to life or personal safety, please contact 111 before notifying our team.
